Recipient of "Heart of the House" Award for the 2015 Season and for the month of June 2015 at Wequassett Resort & Golf Club. This award is presented to an employee who demonstrates a strong work ethic, outstanding attitude and personality in the work place. Despite what may be going on in the kitchen, the recipient remains enthusiastic and energetic. The recipient also holds the ability to quickly embrace the customer intimacy program at Wequassett Resort & Golf Club.
In 2014, I recieved a Bachelor's Degree in the Science of Baking & Pastry Arts with Summa Cum Laude from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI.

I completed an Intensive Chocolate Course with Felchlin's Corporate Pastry Chef, Stephan Iten in 2016.
Born and raised on Long Island, New York with a family of Italian and Greek decent, food has been a focal point of every occasion. The summer promised a trip to Cupsogue Beach in Westhampton every Sunday. Amongst the large semi-circle made up of sixteen of my extended family members was a sun bleached pink box. Inside, contained several Raspberry filled, fried-Croissants from the Beach Bakery Cafe.

While completing High School, the impact of this summer indulgent became apparent. I dreamed of pursuing a career that would provide me with the ability to create beautiful things with the potential to bring family and friends together.

Embarking on a career in the Culinary Industry has lead me to places I have never imagined. I have been able to capture inspiring, motivational, and memorable moments throughout my journey which are laced throughout my Portfolio.
